Physical Fitness    Culver Lake Fest       5 mile race The race was 7/19/2003 starting at the Culver Beach lodge at 7:30am. We had two Fire Fighters participate along with one Fire Fighter's Daughters and a Fire Fighter's Wife and a Fire Fighter's Sister. Here are some of the pictures. Amy Jacobs and her father Art Jacobs (Fire Fighter) running through Culver in the Culver Lake Fest 5 miler. Amy was pushing her Dad J. Amy getting her first ever race medal. She was 1st girl in the 15 & Under category. Her time for the bilistering 5 miler was 47min & .01 Sec. Andy Metsker – Full Time Fire Fighter won 2nd place in his age division (31-35 year olds). This was Andy’s first medal in a road race. Very much deserved. His time was 36 min. for the 5 miles, great job! Lisa Holm (sister of Fire Fighter Steve Holm), Amy Jacobs (Daughter of Fire Fighter Art Jacobs) & Jamie Holm (wife of Fire Fighter Steve Holm) with all their medals. Lisa was second in her age division, Amy was 1st in her age division and Jamie was also first in her age division.
